Why to lose weight? Good Question!

Many people I know want to lose weight because they know they "should" and not because they want to.

If you don't have a really compelling reason why you want to lose weight, then staying motivated to lose weight isn't going to be as easy as it could be. Losing weight because you know you "should" usually doesn't cut it.

Find a good reason why you want to lose weight, and this will make all the difference.
