It's a fact of life that if you want to lose weight you will come across obstacles.
Be prepared for them and you will be able to overcome them.
Once you have established a weight loss goal and you've worked out how you are going to lose weight, you then need to work out how you will deal with these obstacles.
You don't need to panic or as thought you have let yourself down if you get off track at times. Just remain focused and you will get there!
