What you MUST do Today to Lose Weight

Not many people realise that to lose weight, they must get their mindset right first. Of course diet and exercise regime is ultimately what gets the weight off, but if you're not totally committed, then you're very likely going to fail.

Remember a few months or even years ago when you were able to prance around in almost any item of clothing you chose? If you were to venture out in something that didn't cover every bump and roll, you'd be mistaken for something that resembles a marshmallow. You really need to lose weight yesterday!
