How many times do you hear of someone who goes on a diet, only to find that as soon as they return to their normal eating habits, they not only put the weight back on, but they end up weighing more than when they started!
I recently read an article which talked about how women in Northern Ireland spend 10 years of their life on diets, however a quarter of these will not lose weight and I am not surprised.
"Going on a diet" is not the way you should go when you want to lose weight.
